We are looking for a motivated, target-driven Sales Executive who will meet clients on-site, explain our IT services, and close sales. The role involves finding new customers, understanding their requirements, and building long-term business relationships.
Responsibilities
Visit clients and explain company services clearly
Find new customers and generate leads
Understand client needs and suggest suitable solutions
Give basic presentations and service explanations
Follow up with clients and close deals
Maintain client relationships for repeat business
Update daily sales activity in CRM
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related fields
Proven sales experience (IT & software services preferred)
Strong knowledge of sales principles with a target-focused approach
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proficient in CRM and sales tools
Willingness to travel and work on-site
The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year and a maximum of 5 years of relevant work experience.

Each service has different packages with different pricing. Incentives will be provided as per the package value and the client’s requirements you successfully close.
Incentives are calculated on a daily basis: If you close any deal Upto ₹5000 on a daily basis, you will be eligible for incentives on that same day. You will receive daily incentives according to the value of the package.
Working Days & Timings: Monday to Saturday | 09:00 a.m. – 06:30 p.m.
All assigned tasks must be completed within the working hours, ideally by 6:30 PM. Tasks not completed by this time may require an extension of working hours, depending on market demands.
